The Shepherd’s Place

 

The mission of the Shepherd’s Place in the Philippines is to

encourage, educate and equip Filipino pastors and teachers in the northern Philippines by

providing Biblical training and resources so that they can effectively reach and disciple

the adults and children in their churches, schools and communities.

 

Our goal is to fulfill this mission by:

• providing sound and affordable Bible training and materials for pastors and teachers through on-site and correspondence classes as well as the improvement and promotion of an on-site library/resource center remembering always that the goal is to help them become stronger and more independent pastors and teachers … dependent on God and His Word and not on us

• providing Mailbox Club Bible lessons and classes for school children and adults

• providing materials and training for “Released Time” Bible teachers and Sunday School teachers

• providing opportunities for summer camp, retreats and Bible Club fun days as the above areas are developed

• providing on-site printing and distribution of needed Bible materials

• providing encouragement as we come alongside the pastors, teachers and families through training in how to study the Word for themselves and by regular scheduling of group training and fellowship meetings

 

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God,

and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction,

for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect,

thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
